Leo Fornaroli has achieved a rare thing. He has won the Formula 2 Championship first time out, following on from his FIA Formula 3 title last year. This puts him into an elite group of drivers who have gone on to become F1 stars. The Italian has now been signed up to the McLaren Driver Development programme.
