Felipe Massa’s legal action relating to the 2008 Formula 1 World Championship failed on most counts after pre-trial hearings at the Royal Courts of Justice in London. But on one count the judge ruled that the court should decide. Both sides claimed victory, but in truth both sides probably lost more than they gained.
